Updates

  Practice Tests

The new Practice Test feature has been designed to improve the experience students and teachers had with the previous Mock Exam feature.

Students can now generate Practice Tests for each exam paper independently, and do not need to complete all exam papers in order to generate a new Practice Test. As they finish a Practice Test for one of the exam papers, they can generate a new one for the same exam paper.

Lastly, the result of each Practice Test is integrated into a graph which shows the student's evolution for each exam paper.

  Mock Exams

We have modified the previous Mock Exam feature by adding 3 new Mock Exams for each level, which are the same for all students.

By default they are blocked, and students cannot access them. Teachers need to allow their students access to each Mock Exam through the settings in each classroom.

Teachers can therefore decide on which date they want to give their students access to each Mock Exam, and on which date they want them to stop being able to access them.

In the same way, teachers can also control when they give their students access to their completed Mock Exams results.

  Exam Information

We have added in each level a section called Exam Information where students and teachers can find information about each exam.

General information explaining how each exam paper is structured or marked can also be found.

  Exam Support

The Exam Support feature still works as it used to, however, we have also included it in the page for each level. This way, it will be easier for students and teachers to find the documents related to each level.

  New Exercises

As part of our ongoing efforts to offer the best possible exam preparation exercises to students and teachers, we have added new exercises for the following levels and exam papers:

  • A2 Key: Reading & Writing (Parts 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6)
  • B1 Preliminary For Schools: Reading (Parts 4 and 5)
  • B1 Preliminary: Reading (Parts 2, 3 and 4)
  • B2 First: Reading and Use of English (Part 5)
  • C1 Advanced: Reading & Use Of English (Parts 2, 3 and 4)
